Esperance Lotteries House has rooms for hire. We are located 25 minutes from Esperance Airport, 5 minutes from the town centre, the beach, and a stunning view of the Bay of Isles.

Conference Room Hire

The Conference Room in Esperance Lotteries House is a versatile space, ideal for small training courses, meetings, conferences, seminars and functions. The room can be configured to suit and can cater for up to 40 people.

The Conference Room is available for hire at very affordable rates, and is available 7 days a week , and after office hours. The Conference Room is wheelchair friendly, being situated at ground floor level.

Interview Room Hire

The Interview room in Esperance Lotteries House is a small sound-proof room that can hold six people. This room is especially useful for client contact or small group meetings.

The Interview Room is available for hire to anyone in the Esperance community, and is wheelchair friendly, situated at ground floor level. 

Only available during open hours 9 - 4pm.

Kitchen & Refreshments

• Lotteries House has a kitchen with cooking facilities, preparation area and a large fridge. This may be used in conjunction with any event involving the hire of our rooms.
• A refreshments trolley, with an urn and crockery, is available for hire at a small cost per person. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is supplied.
• Purified water is available for fresh drinking water, as well as, for tea and coffees.
